Subscription FAQ

What do you mean by "new things you get onto your shelves "? We are constantly ordering new books, zines, chapbooks, and other rad things, and usually have a few new arrivals every week. With your Pioneers Press subscription we'll send you one of anything (chapbooks, zines, books, buttons, posters, stickers, etc) that we add to our catalog that has a retail value of $5 or less. We also often order restocks of things that we've carried for years, and you'll get copies of those if we haven't sent them to you already. We'll keep track of what we send you, so no matter how many times you re-up your subscription you won't get the same things twice.

I bought a 6 month subscription but then I found a $10 book I want. Can I get that as part of my subscription? Totally! Just send us a quick email and we'll swap out some of your current subscription for whatever book you've got your eye on!

How will I know when my subscription has expired? What do I do if I want to keep getting all your new things? We'll send a note with your last shipment letting you know that your subscription has run out and that you have received the last shipment for your current subscription. To keep your subscription going just head back to our site and pay for another subscription at the rate you are comfortable with.

I live outside of the United States. Can I still get a Pioneers Press subscription? Yes, but we'll have to do some shipping math. To set up an international subscription and to get a custom shipping quote, email Elizabeth @pioneerspress.com .
